Robotic Process Automation (RPA) creates opportunities to optimize outsourcing and in some cases eliminate outsourcing altogether and automate processes. During the past 3 years, he has done a deep dive into RPA – “went to school” to learn the technology, received certifications, ran a project involving RPA in an organization of 2500 and published an article “Now that you are ready to go to RPA, find out on the ground realities”. He has established relationships with several RPA tool providers and service providers.
