In addition to writing, I take on a small number of advisory assignments each year. These engagements are focused on strategic adoption, governance, and execution clarity—not deep technical implementation. Typical advisory work includes:
  • Guiding executive teams and boards on AI adoption frameworks; there are multiple frameworks that facilitate Strategy to Implementation and Measurement that I provide details in the book.
  • Establishing governance structures that enable innovation while protecting reputation; I bring in the MVP concepts I talk about in the book.
  • Translating emerging technology opportunities into actionable strategies. For example, I led a transformation effort in a Fortune 500 company that resulted in a 10% EPS improvement.
